Lately I've been having horrible days for absolutly no reason! I feel like everyone hates me and i'm not interested in doing things. I just feel like curling up in a little ball and staying in my room all day. I don't understand what brings on these low feelings or how i can stop them. Does anybody have this problem too? If so please share any advice you might have. Thanks and God Bless

Frowner it sounds like the stress built up somehow. some rest and self-care might do some good.

i've been feelin' like this a bit, too. maybe it's the change in seasons & schedules.

one thing that helps is walks. it gives me something fresh to look at and as i go along my thought flow toward the understanding of some of my problems.

another thing is forcing myself to put things in a positive light at a few points throughout my day. in another conversation, Carolyn suggested writing down frustrating Mad feelings--i've been doing it two days--and it helps.

if you have the program you may want to go back to Lesson 3 and/or call the MWC help line. they may be able to help in 5 min. Smiler

We all have highs and lows and for some reason, it seems like the higer we go, the lower we also sink. I get to where I am dreading the coming "bad day" when I have an absolutely wonderful one. That is so stupid, I am setting myself up and it hasn't even happened. I need to work hard to quit that.

I have had my low days here lately as well. I just figure it is what I am going through and all that has happened to me in the last few weeks. I keep telling myself that the bad moods are NOT going to defeat me. Then I get my big butt up and try to go and do something. It may not get it all off of my mind, but at least it helps the time to pass.

I also started taking my vitamins again. Seriously, that seems to help. I think it gives me more energy, and then I feel a little bit better, so I am not as depressed.

Hang in there, guys! At least we all know that we aren't alone!

smiles, DEB

the multivitamin is marvelous! i found some good ones on sale at whole foods. i've also found NatureMade makes some good/inexpensive ones. Sundown can be good for supplements.

when my friend suggested it, i thought "nah". i thought my diet was healthy enough. but i finally gave in and i'm so glad i did.
