Hey Yall. This is chuckster for those of you who know me from the chatroom. My friend Tonia and I are creating a support group for people who HAVE BEEN through the program and are "mostly" better. We will be meeting once a week, probably by phone plus any other internet meetings, to discuss the program week by week and to get a better understanding of it as we give one another support and insight. I am ready! I've dusted off my extra workbook and have my tapes in order. I can't wait to start.

Sometimes, I post here or chat at the forum but for those who don't know me, here is a little background. I completed the program in March of 2003 and have been able to stop all my therapy. I stunned my doctor by recovering and then getting off all anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medications. I have tremendous faith in this program.

Hey yall! I am totally pumped as well. I have ordered my new workbook and am really psyched. (no pun intended) I even ordered a relaxation cd cuz my tape had some issues. Looking forward to it all-chuckster
