I was thinking about a forum for the spouses . We having anxiety often are so caught up in our own selves that we neglect to think that maybe our spouses would benefit from a forum where they could gather to talk . As we get insight here...they may also get insight to the fact that they are also not alone in this. Being they are "Co-Anxietors" they may really want to be a part of this community of other "Co-anxietors" support system...Just a suggestion.

I think that's a good idea!...Education, educate our husbands and then they will better understand our problem and they can help us too....Men get anxious too...

Great idea. My husband is feeling helpless and frustrated. He asked me the other day if there was any type of support for family and friends. Maybe the midwest center will start something.
