Hi,

How about a BBS Forum for those of us who have completed The MWC AA&D Program and are now into the Life Without Limits Program?

It would be fun and inspirational to have a place to share our experiences.

Thanks for listening,

Sincerely Russell

Russell,

That's my next step - I want to buy those tapes. So when I buy them, I'll let you know!

Sounds like a great idea to me. I enjoy the original bulletin board but I think it would be very helpful to be in contact with those who have gone through the program and are still on the road to recovery.

Hi Russell,

I look so forward to the time when I can say that I have successfully completed the AA&D program (just finishing lesson 4 at this point). Looking forward to going even further with the Life Without Limits Program gives me even more motivation. Sue

Is "Life without Limits" from Midwest or the center in Washington, DC?

Anyone from this area (females only), I would like to find a support person, and be a support person. Maybe meet and walk at school or the park or the Avenue. I get around, not housebound, but I still keep my problem a secret. You know, I look "IN CONTROL" but inside feel far from it.

Hi there! A forum such as you suggest would be such a help to me. I have tried so many avenues over a period of 20 years, to become free of agoraphobia and panic disorder. I would find it encouraging to hear from those who have had this condition even half as severely as I have had it, if they have become free again and are now living their lives without Panic overtaking everything! So, yes...i love your suggestion. Very important one, I think. Linda
