So you think you have heard it all? I purchased the program almost a year ago...and I have just now made myself open the box and begin the program. I think I was in denial of my situation, or maybe as usual...I thought I could get better on my own without help.

I can relate, I waited a month and a half before I opened mine. I think I did not want to admit that I needed help. I am glad I opend the box. Good luck with the program.
