Hey everyone!
I've been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks on and off for the past 3 years. Right now I'm struggling with all the changes going on in my life, and think it would be helpful to meet with others who share the same experiences. We could support each other. Anyone in the area open to this? |

Sadness! I am still yet to find others in my area that can relate to my struggles w/ anxiety and panic attacks. So Cal has TONS of people here. I'm sure there has to be others like me. Where are you all?!?
