Help!
There seems to be several people having problems with getting started, including myself. What should we be doing that we may not be doing? I have I feel as though I am missing something. I see the questions in the work book. Are these questions online for us to fill out? According to one of the CD's we are to fill the questions out in the first week then send them in. Then we are to answer questions in the last week, and send them in. So am I suppose to tear these pages out of my book and send them in? I would much rather leave my book in tact and fill the questions out online. How long are we suppose to listen to each CD? Are we suppose to listen to each CD for a week and then move onto the next CD? Because, I am not getting much out of the first CD to listen to it over and over for a week. I already know what my problem is, so maybe the first CD is not for me. In the mean time I am going to move onto CD #2. I am probably making this more complicated than what it is, but I would take any help that you can give. If a coach would list all of the steps in order to Session #2, that would be great. |

It is a lot of material. I felt like that when I started.OVERWHELMED MOST OF US WERE LIKE THIS. wE JUST WANT TO FEEL BETTER QUICKLY. i FOUND THERE IS NO QUICK FIX AND MOST OF THE WORK WOULD BE UP TO ME.i DID THE PROGRAM "MY WAY" THE FIRST TIME. i DID NOT BENEFIT FROM IT BUT NOT WHAT i SHOULD HAVE. i WAS DISCOURAGED.Sorry I'm not a good typist. I have some wonderful friends through this program and we decided to do it together and share thoughts and ideas. It is so much better the second time. I do believe it will be a life long process as I would relapse back to my old ways.
You seem to be on the right track. In the beginning of the book they tell you how to do the program. Our group is doing it by this plan. We spend 1 week or more on each tape. We all go at our own pace. The book is very important. I do not write down my negative thoughts. I do better with correcting my thinking immediately. Others like to write . Adjust things so they work for you. Your on line group friends can help especially the ones in the program for a while. If you have a question post it. Someone will look at it and answer it. Dear Kamah,
Thanks for the question...in your workbook/guidebook, is there a page in the beginning one that is titled, As You Begin... That page should answer most of your questions. Spend a week on all lessons, perhaps a shorter time with week 1 and some people are doing all that we recommend in lesson 5 so may not need an entire week for 5. I would not like to tear things out of my book either. You don't Have to send in your answers unless you want to. But I'd do it on a separate piece of paper...we are Very I know that you will do well, slow down, let your inner self absorb the material. I believe in you-Carolyn Nice support Natalie-thanks |
