I am having some problems with getting in my excersise I am just starting session 4 but my problem is still the excersise. I have been walking 15 mins. a day but that is all I can manage b/c I have 3 pinch nerves at the base of my spine and also need knee replacement surgery, and the pain is so severe that, that is all I can manage and I am so worried that it is not enough. When I do walk it is a brisk walk but I am not sure if that is enough excersie. Of course I dwell on it everyday and beat myself up about it but I am physically not capable of anymore. I was swimming in the summer but because of the obvious weather here I can no longer do that. I am not really leaving the house much yet so a fitness club is out of the question. Plus I find with the chronic dizziness some other stuff is also hard. Any suggestions would be so appreciated and maybe my 15 minutes for now is enough.

Sorry, My suggestion was going to be water aerobics. Do you have a YMCA? They have a program there. I have the same problem. I have started walking short distances just to get some exercise. Good Luck,

No I don't Cathy I live in a very rural area plus I am agora so I am not getting out much yet.

You're very welcome. I always try to find easier ways to exercise because I don't like my heart to beat fast and I have a bad back so I have to be careful.
