I think the idea of two or more people buddying up is a good one.
I'm completely new to this and have many concerns. If I'm with somebody starting at the beginning as well, we can help each other out. Where do I look? |

Hi, Olivia G.
I'm new too and would love to have a buddy! I would also like to have a mentor--someone who has completed the program or close to completing who can give me advice and guidance along the way. Daubin |

hi this is my second time through the program and although I wouldnt call myself a mentor I would be happy to help in any way that I can.....dont be scared when I say second time through thinking it must not have worked....not true....I did the program about 7 years ago in cassette formate and it changed my life so much..the strength I found in hearing the other people and learning my coping skills was dramatic....however I have come to a point in my life that I want more....
I still struggle with anxiety and need a refresher course on how to make it go away...I need to look closer and with great detail look for what I am still missing. I will be rid of this anxiety...one day....and you will too...we are on the right road.... Together we can do it! |
