Hi everyone! This is chuckster and we will be talking about/posting our insights on lessons 1 and 2.
I feel like lesson one was good but I definately was ready to move on to some more specific information that I could apply to my own circumstance. Lesson 2 was great! I love it and i have even memorized the 6 steps in detail. I do however have some issues with it because they dont give you any mehtods or techniques to "catch yourself" when you are about to rush yourself into a panic or an episode of depression. I know they say to pay attention to body sypmtoms, but I would like more exercises and emphasis because it is such a big part of recovery.

I felt more anxious doing the lessons which I guess is normal when you realize you have a problem. It sounds good but it is hard for me to execute in my mind. I guess it will take some time, and practice. Laura Confused

Hey Laura! This is SO NORMAL for the first few weeks. I have to say that you will get more and more comfortable with your feelings as time goes on. I am mostly revcovered but rest assured, if you overcome this thing then you can pretty much overcome anything that life throws you.
Cheers,
Chuckster Razzer
