Hello everyone. I'm on my "second time around" with the program; the first time I was so anxious I couldn't sit still long enough to work through the program assignments! Well, since "round one", I have discovered meditation techniques, and I've found that even a session of deep breathing does wonders in supplementing the cognitive-behavioral suggestions contained in the program (which, I think, is excellent). I'm sure this is why Lucinda stresses use of the relaxation tape. If you haven't used the relaxation tapes as often as suggested, stick with it: once the "relaxation response" kicks in, it helps with stress immeasurably. Any thoughts, comments, etc., out there?
