getting very strange,very scary feelings in my head- I feel like my brain will instantly "shut down" or "freeze-up" feels like I will slip into a coma or seizure or even just pass out or DIE on the spot-"verry scared"...Can anybody relate- is this anxiety???

It is only anxiety. Make an effort to calm down and relax and you will do fine. Are you doing anything like the program or anything like that? Just remember that you are able to influence yourself and to make changes.

the head feelings are sort of going away but now i am worried about my heart. It seems as though my heart races about three times a day now for at least 30 mins. each time. I am also waking up in the middle of the night with pins-n-needles in my left arm-this causes me to panic-also my ear keeps ringing and when i close my eyes and get relaxed it feels like my whole body is rocking back and forth until I open my eyes and it stops-then i close them and it starts again...What's happening to me???

sounds like anxiety, I get numbing in the right side of my face and that ear also rings. I also feel like I'm swaying back and forth eyes open or closed. I'ts just us, we are so focused on our body's, we feel every little movement. We just must float threw these feelings try to get up and do something positive. Plan a meal and cook it. Clean something, anything you can do so you can say, "hey I did that" even with anxiety, its just anxiety!

when i lay down and try to relax myself into a sleep stupper(lol)
it seems i hear this very high pitched sound or noise in my head like an electrical buzz or something it drives me crazy well.. not literally
but it is annoying and hampers me going to sleep
so usually i try to leave the tv on so that i won't focus on it so much and it goes away i guess it's just my minds way of finding something to obsess about even when everything else around me is quiet .
