Has anyone here ever hear of something called paruresis or Bashful Bladder Syndrome? It means that when I'm anxious or panicky, the PC muscle won't release and I can't urinate. It is directly related to anxiety. Is there a way this program can help me with this?

Don't know from your profile if you are male/female. Ever been pregnant? I think pregnancy cures it. Big Grin

Sorry, just had to throw a little humor your way. But really, I'm sure that the program would help it just as much as any other problem with anxiety.

My best to you!

Sounds like a job for the relaxation tape included in the program.

Shy Bladder Syndrome: Your Step-By-Step Guide to Overcoming Paruresis
by Steven Soifer, et al

I read another book called " Stop Worrying About Your Health! How to Quit Obsessing About Symptoms and Feel Better Now" written by one of the authors of the above mentioned book. It was very good, so maybe this can help you if you have not already read it?
