Anyone tried Zelnorm for IBS? Just curious. My husband brought home some samples. said it works on the H2 receptors for Seritonin. Antidepressants work on the H1 receptors. Think I'll try some and see what happens.

A friend I worked with took it...she said it helped her. I do not recall her saying she experienced any adverse side effects. Hope you have a good experience with it.
