Anyone else feel constant constipation / diarrhea (both at times) along with a constant "bloating or fullness" in the upper abdominal area? Vomiting feel after eating large meals as well as random cramps and burning feels every now and then. Oh yea, feeling extremely dehydrated and lightheaded when waking up and/or throughout the day?
I have had both of those problems, but have now been diagnosed with a growth of Candida Albicans in the gut due to an overabundance of antibiotics in the past that destroyed both the good and the bad bacteria in the gut. I have had this on and off for about five years and it is not fun. The worst part is the mental anxiety that goes with it. I am constantly worried about this stuff and can't quit thinking about it.
