I too have the constant indegestion from food that never gave me it before. The past few months have been nothing but antacids. I would be constipated for a few days at a time, get heart burn with heart palpitations and lots of gas. The Dr. put me on PROTONIX last week and I haven't had to take any antacids since. I still get a bit of gas but no where near the same as before. It seems to be working and hopefully will keep clearing things up. The Dr. said that I could just have an inflamation and that the medicine will hopefully cure it. Either that or have my Gall Bladder removed. FUN!!! I would check with your doctors to see if PROTONIX might help any of you or if it is something else. Good Luck!!!
