I live in the Seattle area. It is very difficult to share with people who have never experienced severe anxiety. I am on tape three, and after I first listened to it was very excited about my chance for recovery. I would like to be able to talk to someone in this area who knows what anxiety is, not just to pity party but to maybe form a group to do something fun together once or twice a month. I have few friends and no family here except for two adult children who need to be free to live their own lives. Please anyone in the Seattle area let me know what you think of this idea.
