Hello guys!!
Well I had a terrible IBS attack today. I've been to the bathroom 3 times with lots of pain. I was diagnosed with IBS almost 2 years ago, right when my anxiety was really bad....well still is. I basically suffer from soft/lose stools and I alternate with constipation or lumpy stools about once a week. I can go 3 times to the bathroom one day or I can't go at all. I also have lots of gas, lower stomach pain (colon), and nausea sometimes. Today it's depressing me. My D is really bad with lots of cramps?????

What do you do when you have an aweful day like this one. Anything I can take to make my tummy feel better????
