Well I have not been diagnosed with anything like IBS but I have the same worries as people who do. I worry about getting sick especially in buses or a car when there is no way to get out or pull over. This seems to have taken over my life. I love to ski but this anxiety and fear has made me somewhat dread the 45 minute school bus ride to the mountain. This is after not eating for almost two days to avoid any possible way of being ill. I just don't know whether it is food triggering it or the worry that is causing the worry. I just want this vicious cirlce to stop and I want to be able to eat when I'm hungry even if I have a trip coming up..
