I never had any problems until recently...within the past month or so. Been doing the program for 6 weeks now, been living with anxiety/depression since January of last year... I've been trying really hard to watch what I'm eating... This is no fun at all.

IBS can be a pain it was one of my first symptom and anxiety but not the worst
