I am new to the program -just started .I have suffered anxiety and nuerodermititis and chronic diahrea for 15 years now.I have tried the meds-am still on prozac and xanax ,but nothing helps with the IBS. I am so tired of wearing depends everytime i leave the house-they are not comfortable but hot and annoying.Am I the only one who has to do this?Is there something out there tohelp me control diahrea?I have no muscle strength left,am terrified to be w/out diaper in public and have ruined so many clothes.I just dont want to go anywhere any more.

In the program Lucinda said something about natural bran helping her IBS. You could try it. It only costs a couple of bucks at the health food store. I used it for constipation and it worked for that too.

I have IBS so bad that I had to be hospitalized. I changed my diet and have been symptom free for about 7 months, except one time, but that was my fault because I ate alot of greasy pizza. The main thing I did was stop the soda completely, only H2O. I never have drank coffee but I did like lattes once in a while so I stopped them. And then I just make sure that dont eat too bad, but believe me I dont eat healthy all the time. This helped me alot. TRY IT!!!! Hope it helps

sometimes milk products does that as well.it has to be something we eat or drink and you know how people with panic and anxiety are. but you can get better with eating right.hope that helps some.we do not have it anymore and the dr. can put you on a pill that will take care of it. take care and GOD BLESS.
