Jogging and things like pilates. It seems to be ones that have alot of impact and ones that strain the whole abdominal region. I don't really know what kind of aerobic exercises you can do that don't rattle around your stomach and strain your lower ab region too much.
Riding a bike used to be good for me and didn't strain me much because it was more on the legs than the abs.. but I don't have one anymore and don't really know what to do in place of it.
