My husband was diagnosed with IBS but his symptoms can be so severe and last for so long we are wondering if the gastroenterologist is right. How bad can IBS symptoms be? and can they last for hours....days...
My husband has a lot of pain and cramping and nausea that he spends hours on the bathroom floor. Then they settle down and he's "ok" with lighter symptoms day in and day out. I don't know what to do?
