I have read about that program before but never ordered... I do have that book and it has great meals and tips. I'm currently taking probiotics and L-glutamine. We'll see if they help.... Gab |

i take glutamine too, its amazing, calms me, relaxes me, and keeps me awake, along with weight lifting it helped me build a ton of muscle too, i swear by the stuff, works better than my lexapro ever did when i tok it. no side effects either. oh, i take magnesium too.

What is L-glutamine and where do you find it? Do you take it for IBS or anxiety? Or both?
