HI I am wondering if this program is good for ocd as well as anxiety? I am pretty sure I also have ocd. If anyone knows please respond. Thankyou!! Confused

ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE I DO HAVE OCD AND YES ALOT OF THE PROGRAM HELPS WITH OCD ,IF YOUR CONTENPLATEING STARTING IT I WOULD SAY IT WILL HELP YOU ,MAYBE TALK TO A COUPLE OTHER PEOPLE WITH OCD AND GET SOME MORE OPINIONS.SEE YA SOON
