The best advice I can give you is to try and just push through and go on with what you are doing. Remind yourself that it is only a panic attack and that you will get throught it. I have found that deep breathing and distraction work the best for me. I know it is hard sometimes, but just try to push yourself through it. The longer you sit in your car trying not to have the panic attack the worse it will get. Try to put yourself in the present moment, and take that step. Baby steps will get us there.

Another thing to remember is that we all have set backs. Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day.
