I have just started session number two, and i'm already seeing some improvements.
I went to the store, which is an hour away, as i live in a very rural area, on two seperate occasions, and i didn't panic I am so happy.
Usually i would make excuses not to go, but i actually offered to go.
I though i would let you guys know, because i'm sure there are those of you who wonder how the program has helped people.
