Hi, All. I began the program in early Oct and made it half way through the 3rd session, but got stuck. I havn't made progress in about 3 weeks, though I really do want to. My anxiety intensified (which I understand is normal, especially when you begin becoming so concious of your negative thinking), and I had more time constraints than usual - I'm a single dad, so time is a scarce commodity... Also, I somehow lost a lot of the enthusiasm I initially felt when I began.
I've tried re-starting a few times, but something always seems to interfere. I've found the tools and techniques very usefull, so I really value this program and want to continue. I think I now have enough resolve and free time to re-engage and re-commit. Question is, since Session 3 is so important, should I re-do it, or should I just move on to Session 4?
Avanti, even though Lesson 3 is a huge lesson in this program, I'd do a short review it then move on to Lesson 4. Each lesson builds on the previous one and you'll find as you go through the program that you will use # 3 alot without thinking about it.
I went thru the program in 15 weeks and came out of it 99% better than I was when I started it. I spent 1 week on each lesson, no more no less, and worked it as hard as I've ever done anything in my life. It was worth every second I spent learning the tools & skills in defeating anxiety/panic attacks.

I believe you got the right advice in the forum: move onto to Session 4 and catch a free time to go back and take another look at Session 3. It worked for me. Stay on!

Don't get to hung up on time frames, most of us are hung up on trying to do everything perfect. Stick with it, take it as slow or as fast you want. Move on you can always come back later.
