Hello everyone i just got my packet about a week and a half ago and have always felt different in life for the last couple years in life. I feel like my stress levels in life and obsessive thoughts take over my life for hours at a time. I feel like it is the hardest thing in the world to have a clear mind and to just relax and enjoy life, and to think positive. I have taken anti depressants before and i dont think i i could ever take medicine like that ever again it made me feel horrible. I just want to get better by thinking clearly. Have a positive mind set and not think so obsessively and worry so much it makes life hard to enjoy

Hi Kyle, You might want to try an anti-anxiety medicine if you are experiencing obsessive thoughts. My doctor put me on 12.5 mg of luvox and now I am on 25 just for a while to "learn" h ow to not freak out and have anxiety over every little obstacle that life throws you. You may want to try and go back on an anti- anxiety medication. I know it helped me. But, beware of the side effects. I mean, they are NOT THAT BAD. I was like breaking a sweat just getting up from a seated to standing position. But then again, every medicine has its side effects. They go away after and lessen in intensity after a couple months. You just have to find ways to cover them up. O yea, and dry mouth is another one. I was like always parched. Let me know if this helps. Stay well. =)

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. Yea i have been told maybe to try a anti anxiety medicine again or some sort of it. The side effects hurts tho sometimes unless that was just the other medicine i was on that was really bad. Hopefully if i try that stuff it wont be to bad. I just want the negative thinking to go away and start being positive in every aspect of life . I have doubts and dumb negative thoughts all the time that drive me wild. In session 3 they say that some negative thinkers can have up to 300 negative thoughts a day and i can tell you that i can believe i have that many if not more so i just want it to get better so i can learn to relax.
