Hey All,
I'm new to the program kind of... I had gotten it a few years back but only got to week 5 and then quit. I put the program away for a while and now I have funally pulled it back out...
Now to my question... I was thinking about doing the coaching program but I was wondering if anyone could give me thier thoughts about it... Has anyone out there gone through the program with a coach?

Looking for some guidence and other opinons...
