Well, I just listened to session 15 and listening to everyone talk about their growth spurts sure made me feel a little better. I have not done work on my program for a couple of weeks due to a growth spurt.

Listening to session 15, I was reminded to think about what is truely bothering me, accepting it, deal not dwell. Remember that I am having obsessive thoughts about all kinds of stuff due to my mind trying to not think of the true cause.
