Session 14 reminded me that I should always look for ways to under-react to situations...

I think that's really good advice. I'm going to attempt to keep that in mind at all times.

Congratulations ladies!! I've hit a couple of bumps in the road and I'm trying to not let them take over, still on session 12. I too feel a little anxious now that it's nearing the end. I will take a two week break and come back and redo the entire thing. Glad you guys are feeling better, pinkee

Congrats! I am still on chapter 8 but ready to being chapter 9. I have been having a hard time staying motivated and taking the time to keep up with the program. This is the 3rd attempt of trying to get through the program after buying the cassettes back in 98. Frowner I have no one to blame but myself for not getting any better since I haven't been giving my all. I am going to try and get more positive and really work on this. I hope I can finish the program this time.

God bless,
Susan

You can finish it. Be sure not to skip the goal setting part of this program that is so key to strive for improvements. Add the reading material that is called for. Stay in and Keep on!
