I've seen that some of you are mentioning that you watched the video, are you referring to the coaching video? I've only been watching each coaching video once per session and then the audio 3-4 times. Is this what you guys are doing for the most part? I've also heard Lucinda mention that there are recommended books in the "newsletter", does anyone know what "newsletter" she is talking about?

That's a good question. I'd like to know the same things. I also often hear in the CD's how she mentions for those watching. I wonder were these once on video instead of only audio?

I'm sure most of the people here are talking about the coaching video. People can buy the program on DVD. It use to be on VHS tapes.
Midwest Center use to do a news letter, they haven't done it in a while. I use to know how to get to the old newsletters, but since they change the web site, I don't know if they are still here. Maybe someone can answer that question, or you can email the Midwest Center and ask them.
I watch the coach video maybe once or twice during a session, and the audio 3-4 times.
