I just ordered this program and it is in the mail but I have yet to receive it. I am new and am just signing up. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and anger issues since I was a teenager. I have tried counseling and medications. I do not want to be dependent on medication anymore. So I am going to give this a try.

I am new and on Tuesday I am going to have surgery on my stomach and I am afraid. The last time they did this surgery they tied my stomach to my esophagus to stop the pain I was having but when they opened me up it was my gall badder and the surgeon did the surgery anyway. Now it is 17 years later and this surgery has caused me a lot of problems. It has come undone and the new doctor thinks we should take it down.

I lost my oldest boy in 1996 and in 2007 I lost my oldest daughter. My youngest daughter and I do not have a relationship as I helped raise her daughter who is now 20.

Hey I just started the program als, I can also relate to the anticipation on getting it in the mail! Casey I can also tell you in all honesty that when that package is in your hands there will be alot of weight lifted off your shoulders!! Be happy because it does work!! I have sufferd with Anxiety and Depression for 6 years and I am on session 4 and I have not had a Panic attack in weeks!!! Also I am trying new things and I actually found my smile again! Please stick with it because it honestly to God does work!! write me any time, I wiil always be here to help you the best I can!! Smile your life is about to get alot! better!!!
