I just wrapped up my first week... So I figured this would be a great time to post.
I'm enjoying the program so far even though doing session one has definately elevated my anxiety. I'm hoping that will subside just like they say on the cd. I love the relaxtion cd.. I've only been able to find time to do it twice a day though. I'm hoping to get up to three times a day this week... Does anybody know why the same track is on the relxaxtion cd three times in a row? Well I hope everyone is doing well! I've been trying to cut back on my caffiene intake.. Nixing coffee was easy. But giving up chocolate?!!?? That's gonna be hard. It was impossible for me this week since it was halloween. Time to start session 2, Kate |

Welcome! The relaxation CD actually tells you when it begins that it has three parts. I like it, because if I'm listening to it in the evening, it repeats and I fall asleep before it's over. Very nice way to drift off to sleep.
Session Two will now teach you what to do with the elevated anxiety. It's a good CD. I still take it with me and listen to it before I have to talk somewhere. Best wishes. |

Hello. I finished session 1 too and now i am doing sessio 2 step 1. Relaxation part is very good and i try to do it 3 times a day, but it's hard. Let's all of us try to increase it!!!!!!!

Yes, I think that's a good goal! I'll strive for three times a day starting today!
And Pecos, that's a good point! I also enjoy falling asleep to it. I usually fall asleep during the second time around! Thanks for posting :] |
