Hello everyone. I purchased the program almost exactly one year ago when I was getting off Paxil. I was on medication for about a year and a half for generalized anxiety. I really gave it my all and began to feel better. I got off the medication successfully and slowly I managed to let other things take priority and I let the program go. Huge Mistake! I only completed through session 4. Things were fine as long as life was good. But recently I have found my self in a very stressful situation and my anxiety came back immediately. So here I am learning from my mistake. I am starting the program over and this time I intend on giving it 100% because I know it works. I had almost forgotten how difficult it is to cope with these feelings all day, everyday. All of you who suffer from generalized anxiety know what I mean. Please pray for me that I may recover completely this time and for good.

Tania and Panicked,

First off, thank you for sharing.

Tania, you give me hope that I'll feel better soon and may have a life again. I'm thinking of you and praying that your anxiety lifts immediately.

Panicked, I feel like I'm not alone. I too feel like I'm having a heart attack for days at a time. I've been feeling weak for a while now. Also, I've been thinking of journaling. Since you said you haven't done it and intimated it was helping, maybe I should start. I also hope your anxiety lifts immediately.

To our success with this! Soon we will be living life without fear!
