Hello all! I'm writing because i'm having all sorts of feelings. Not necessarily obsessive thoughts or anger or negativity, but just that I don't feel like i'm on track for being in session 10. I'm noticing that I am needing to write, read, and just do anything to distract myself and to make sure that I forgive myself from past decisions. Is there any other advice or tips that you can give me? I've also realized i'm having issues with avoiding sugar and trying to exercise. Any help is appreciated!

Hi, i'm on the program for the second time, with me i felt pretty good after the first time, but found it really is a learned behavior were dealing with and it may ( probably) will take more time for some of us. I felt the same way. just stick with it, keep thinking possitive. i do the tapes most days and added yoga. it really makes a difference, my doctor told me about it. it took awhile to get used to it , but it really relaxes you. anything you do thats good for you, will make you feel more possitive about yourself. good luck and god bless.
