Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anybody has the cassette tape program Mind Aerobics. I recieved a letter from the midwest center about it and it sounds very helpfull. I'm thinking about getting it. I'd appreciate hearing about what people who went through it or people who are going through it now have to say.

I ordered the mind aerobics tapes today from the midwest center. i should recieve them in 3 or 4 days and can let u know what my thoughts on it is then if you'd like. It cost $97 plus $10 shipping and handling and if for any reason i'm not satisfied i can return it for a full refund within a year. That to me sounds like they are pretty confident that this works. If you call the midwest center I'm sure they can give you info on it.
