Hello everyone,
I would like some advise I canstantly worry most work related. I work in the medical field and it is very stressful, and when I get home I worry about the things I may have missed doing at work. My husband is so tired of listening to me complain or worry about work that he yells at me. I am losing all joy in my life. I did the program and with God's help no more panic attacks or fear of enclosed places. I am very greatful for all my blessings but spend all my time worry about messing up at work. There are days when I feel like leaving the profession all together. i want to leave my job but I am the main bread winner. Also I am afraid the samething will happen elsewhere. Yesterday I was being pushed so hard at work I thought I was going to collapse. Thank-you.

Hey I can relate. I worry constantly. Have you thought about staying in the same profession just maybe something less stressful. I am sure that is beyond stressful and give yourself some credit for doing a really good job!! Dont be so hard on yourself.

Hi Future-

Can you write down your worries, so that they get out of your mind, but don't bug your husband and then sit down with your tablet at a designated worry time, and just let yourself fret?

I am a pharmacist, and remember well some of the super busy days where you almost can't remember anything that you've done because the pace was so fast. But-- if you have screwed up, you'd know if pretty fast by someone telling you. If that hasn't happened, I bet you haven't made all the mistakes you are worrying about.

Do your best work and then let go. Perfection isn't achievable.

I think if you are thinking of quitting because of this, then take action on that thought. You don't have to quit today, but start gathering info. on how you could otherwise put those talents to work, in a less stressful place. I agree with Naustin. It's not worth an unhappy life.

Hello everyone,
thanks for the advise. It was really helpful. I have missed quite a few days at work because of stress, and I always feel bad. I will follow your advise and start journalizing. Thanks again.
