Hey everyone, I just had to leave some awesome news. Today I am starting session 10 and can honestly say that I think I'm cured. I have been driving everywhere, going shopping and actually staying to shop, taking my daughter to the movies and being more assertive about what I want in life. PRAISE JESUS!!!!! I'm not afraid anymore of the panic attacks so I am not having them. I just knew that when I started this program that it was special and it was god giving me my miracle because GOD only knows the hell I was living in. I want to scream from the rooftop and let everyone know this really works. I dont want anyone to give up or think they have to live like this. It's not true I am still doing this program full force because I believe in the program and I believe in ME!!!!

That is absolutely wonderful news!!!! Feeling free from this horrible disorder seems like a fairy tale. I dream about it all the time. I am far along in my progress but I also maintain all my CBT and groups to make sure in case anxiety peeks it horrible face, I remember how to take it down fast. This disorder has been a journey and knowing another person has conquered it is a blessing. Stay Well.

Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is awesome news. I too have been doing so much better I challenge myself even more to go places now and I am so glad I do go when I do.
I am back on the Praise Team at church and feeling so much better. I had a set back a couple of days ago but not bad. I am thinking it is mostly because that time of the month. Cause it seems to attack me mostly then.
Praise the Lord again and don't stop thanking Him. I can see that it is because of the wisdom He has given you that you are getting better. Wisdom on the tools He gives us like taking this program and wisdom to talk positive to our selves. Awesome...........

Everyone needs to hear about miracles!! Thank you for sharing yours Some people get results from the program faster than others. The ones who have to wait longer are learning more patience along the way. Like the turtle and hare race, as long as we don't give up, we'll get there. Thanks for posting!
