HMMMMMM...Where to start all- lol....
Here are my symptoms so far...

~burning sensations in body
~IBS
~dizziness
~fatigue
~shaky feeling
~chest pains
~heart palpitations
~heart burn
~feelings of unreality ~ spaciness as if im not in reality and can hear and see everything going on around me but doesn't feel real ( creeps me out the worst)
~muscle tension all over that would cause muscle spasms and fasciculations (twitches).
~numbness in face, hands, and feet
~visual disturbances
~forgetfulness as if i can't remember things ( creeps me too)
~feeling like I can't speak correctly as if i slur my speech
~insomnia
~broken sleep or sleeping too much.....

I do want to share something i think may be of help to you. I just watched the movie THE SECRET, pretty intense and a bit confusing ( so you may have to watch it a few times if your mind racs like mine does)
Its all about our thought patterns and how we put so much energy in negative thoughts rather than Positive ones. Instead of focusing on the things we dont want we need to focus on what we DO want...it draws the same energy only the positive thoughts are the healthy ones of course....THe Secret is -The Law of Attraction -what we attract in our lives.....Check it out, I had some HOPE after watching it tonight. ( by the way THANK YOU REBECCA (aka) Beliver08)!

Prayers and blessings....

heisthegreatphysician,

Glad you mentioned the burning sensations in the body, I have recently started to have them. I did not know what it was I am too young for menopause.

heisthegreatphysician,

I have to say I have had all of these symptoms. I started having a panic attack in work yesterday and I started to whisper "you are fine there is nothing wrong with you it is all in your head". I then began my breathing and WHAM it was gone. Positive talking helps so much! I have had panic attacks and have worried that I was going to die and that is the scariest feeling to me to be fine one minute and then out of control the next. I have came along way through all of this anxiety and panic and thank God I have! I have never seen the movie you speak of but if it worked for you then I am sure that it will work for others. God bless you and congrats to you for finding something that has helped you! Be blessed with the deliverance of all these symptoms. In Jesus' name amen!

CHEST PAIN!!!!

Probably my #1 complaint. I have said it before, I am not sure which causes which, but Chest Pain is a killer. As for others, let's see.

1. I have had that dizzy or light headed feeling - thought it was my sinuses - maybe it is anxiety

2. Chest Pain - Sternum - Diagnosed with Costochondritis - But who caused what??

3. Tightness in my neck

4. Feeling of impending doom

5. Lately a sensation in my throat - not fully diagnosed now

6. I have been diagnosed with Acid Reflux - See # 5 - could be one in the same, but not sure since it does not feel like burning

7. I suppose my fatigue could be stress/anxiety - sometimes I am tired when I don't think I should be.

8. Mom & Wife say when I am online and in a panic I type very rapid thoughts. (Not Physical - but a sign to others)

That is most of them - I think..could be others, I'll have to read the post again and comment.

I have had since 2004:

4 Stress Tests
3 Echo Cardiograms
4 Chest X-rays
Annual Blood work
Seen an orthopedic (Costochondritis)
1 ER Visit - Blood work, 12 lead EKG, Chest X-ray
Given Xanax
Then given ativan and Lexapro (both of which I do not take) - Take Xanax
Upper GI Series - Diagnose Mid-Thoracic Reflux
Endoscopy (Tomorrow Eeker)

Big Grin

Hi,

My symptoms have been:
perspiring profusely
spaciness/dizziness
loud noises make me jump
chest pains/pain in my side
feeling of doom
fear of going outside the house
fear of driving
having freak out fits - yelling
tense muscles/painful neck
TMJ/chewing my cheeks
grinding my teeth
migraine & stress headaches
pass out/faint (migraine
related)
flashbacks

I am sure there are more I just can't think of any more right now. I have survived to the age of 62 and have gotten over most of these things except:
tense muscles/painful neck
chewing my cheeks
stress headaches
anticipatory anxiety
nightmares
flashbacks (awake/asleep)
sleep interuptions

This course has helped me immensely, in overcoming a lot of these problems. Now it seems my sub-conscious is working to upset me!

I have probably gotten everything on those lists, with few exceptions. they're the things that are keeping me from living normally. Im trying so hard, but it seems sometimes all these aches and pains just wont go away. I know they're anxiety related though, ive had a bunch of tests done and im fine! I just need my mind to believe it. it helps though that a lot of people are going through the same thing, i feel less crazy (i know im not crazy but totally feel like it sometimes).

Good luck to all of you, and any suggestions of how to deal with these physical pains is greatly needed! just private message me.

I'm glad you mentioned tremors...I get them too. I get mine mostly in my arms...sometimes if I wake up too fast, my whole body will feel like it's shaking.

I also forgot to add the throat sensations...that someone else mentioned. The feeling like your whole mouth and throat is too dry or sometimes swollen. I would also have a "lump" in my throat at times or feelings of it closing when it wasn't. This would cause me to gag and dry heave...lovely I know Wink

To add to my list - I have been noticing a ache in my upper back between my sholder pains. Its not a pain more like a muscle ache. If I move just right it hurts more... I guess that would be another symptom.

Hi: I must say that I have most of these symptons if not all pf them. Today was a rough day. Not sure what triggered it. Woke up with a quzzy stomach had Salsbury Steak for dinner night before. I don't think coffe and pesii helped matters.

I amnot sure if I read any thing on anyone haveing problems with their ears.

If I am having a rough time my ears will hurt/ Mentioned this to Doc recently. Had a CT scan done on the sinuses- do not know the rsults as of yet. At times I get this weird metal taste in my mouth.

I best put some better effort into the program.

Relaxation program hasn't helped much today, Will try again later and take a hot bath with Lavender. See if that helps calm things down some. The chest hurts bad today.

I have or have had many of the above symptoms before too...and I also had an odd day...
I know I have had a couple of stressful days and not taken the time to exercise or relax so today I have been feeling off. When my fiance and I went to dinner tonight I had a moment where all of a sudden i took a bite and had a moment where i felt very lightheaded - like i was in the middle of a panic attack. I took a few minutes to close my eyes and breathe and it passed (for the most part - my chest hurts a little and i am still a little jittery/queasy). Does anyone else experience something like that???? A super fast out of nowhere hard hit of anxiety???? I usually can tell ahead of time and have worked on counteracting it, but this was way to fast for me to even catch.
there is one other time i had this happen when we were out, but it was so bad that we had to leave the restaraunt and i had to lay down for a couple of hours and take a xanax...even though i still feel anxious now, i think i did better this time.

sorry for the rambling!

SGT MONETTE: i have been having problems with my ears as well. Sometimes I get sharp pains in them, and other times I get ringing, or they're just sore. When i was a child i had really really bad ear aches, so i figured they're just sensitive. Probably just another side effect of anxiety.

I have been having more and more physical symptoms. The main one that I suffer from is the twitching and shaking. If I am taking a picture and I feel like others are watching, my mouth will start twitching and my head will shake. Every time i go to eat in front of others my hands will shake when i pick up the fork or glass. I try not to think about it but it is hard. Has anyone had these same symptoms and found ways to deal with them?
