I lost the introductory letter that came along with a new version of attacking anxiety program. In the letter I believe it suggested to have the attitude in which you believe that the program would work and that this would go a long way to helping you recover? Am I wrong? Anyone remember what exactly this letter said? Thnks!

I do the online version, so I don't think I've seen that letter. I do think a positive attitude (i.e. an attitude that this will help you) if vital. Big Grin

I jusy went through all of the loose papers that I received with my program (the coaching version), but I can't seem to find something similar to what you referred to. What I can add though is that it is important to have a positive attitude and hope that the program will work. If you are second guessing everything and not willing to give the suggestions a try (I'm not assuming you are, just writing it as am example) you might miss out on the positives of the program someone with an open mind might notice. I just finished the first two sessions in one week (per my coach) and in the beginning I was focusing on my negatives thoughts and had alittle bit of hope. Already I have noticed a shift in identifying the negativity and trying to use positive thoughts to overcome the negativity and prevent my anxiety from progressing into a panic attack. A lot of what I am reading is making sense and is instictively sticking into my brain and coming into use when I need it. I hope this continues to happen. Good luck with the program and if you can't find the exact quote, don't panic about it. You can always call in and request another letter if you feel emotionally you need it. I could see muyself needing it because of my perfectionism and feeling that if I am missing one piece (no matter how small) I won't be able to do the program. Good luck!

Hi. This is my first time ever doing an online chat. I'm not even sure if I'm doing it correctly. I am really stressed about this whole process. Could you please let me know how to go about getting around this peer group thing. They suggest that we go on daily, but I'm have never done this before. I'm not computer savy when it comes to things like this. If someone could help I really would appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
