One thing that I don't like about this program is that you have 30 days to try it yet all the sessions are supposed to be a week. So I am trying to hurry through and get through to see if this is going to work, then i just realized this is one huge negative thought, lol!
Lolz, that's a HUGE negative thought, but in my opinion in 30 days using the course as directed, I would think u would see some time of improvement. If not, then just return it, but even if u see the slightest change, I would keep it. And from your statement you've appeared to have noticed that was a negative thought, so sounds to me like the course is working
I agree. I think in four weeks we should see some improvement if we are strong and follow it as it says. I am just starting session 3 yet I feel like session 2 is not done yet. But, that is okay. I can go back to it again if I need to.

It sounds like you are making improvements already identifying that it's a negative thought is great! My husband called the centre and talked about the 30 day thing and they said to listen to session 2 and 14 to see if he thought they were helpfull.

hey heather13 feel the same way i am to how do i take all this in in just a week so ive decided week 2 i might take 4!lol but im not sure i guess mabee im scared to move on or that im not doing it rite but whatever so if you feel the same let me know1
