Hi everyone! I just wanted to share something that made me feel a little better. I have listened to session 2 about 3 times and I can really relate with Mike. The youth minister. I too have anxiety all day long with attacks if I let it escalate. One thing he just happened to mention was that he didn't feel "better" until 4 months into the program. This helped me because I realized that I must be patient with myself. I want this to be over with now, but it doesn't happen that way. I hope this helps someone else.

Hi Tania- Thanks for sharing that. I often feel like I'm being too hard on myself, as many of us do, I'm sure. I keep hearing how we should just keep moving forward. It is so important to give ourselves the same pep-talk and patience we do our best friend or child. I believe it works better that way when we focus that way.

Good luck to you. I know you will get better soon as well. -J

Thanks for sharing that! I needed to hear that today!! I will continue with this program even though I feel like I might as well quit since I´m doing what I don´t want to do, and I´m not doing what I want to do. I feel like I´m a hopeless case, but I will keep going since it may take longer before I get the results I want.

I too felt better when I heard Mike's story. Everything he said I completely understood and related with. It was so refreshing to know that someone went through and felt and understood everything I am going through at this time, and recovered. Just by listening to him and his story I could tell that a huge weight was lifted off of his shoulders and that gives me hope. Especially when I start to lose motivation in myself or to even continue using the program.

We just have to take it slow and let it build from the core out.

Thanks for posting your story Tania.
