I have great news to share. My New Year's was great, which means progress! Usually on New Year's Eve I get really sad and sentimental and I grieve over what I did or did not do throughout the year. I believe this was due to my low self esteem. This year I made a list of 10 things in my journal that I was thankful for or proud of myself for accomplishing this year and it made all the difference. I didn't have one feeling of sadness. I felt joyous and welcomed the New Year with open arms.

This program is definitely starting to work!

I also felt more at peace and did not feel as depressed as I have in the past. Keep up the good work and have a great year.
