I just started the program and I was wondering if writing in a journal helps. I have always tried to start one but end up thinking I am being too negative and usually rip out the pages and throw them away, and I think another part of it is that I fear someone will REALLY know my struggles, I guess meaning that if I don't admit it (writing it down so to speak) that it don't exist. I think keeping a journal is a great idea except some of the stuff I wanna write is about him....not always what he would consider, well, I just dont want him getting his feelings hurt by something he may take wrong. So I never really get to write the REAL stuff, completely.

Even if he wasent there to consider I would still worry about someone reading my very personal thoughts and feelings.

You may want to write and then you can burn the pages after you write them if you think someone may see them It may be very freeing if you can destroy them shortly after you write. They are to be your thought for your eyes only. Once they are on paper they are out of your mind. I did burn my in the fireplace after I wrote about 1 or so pages it was very freeing.
