A wealthy friend gave me the tapes a few years ago, decided to suffer a while longer. Panic attacks used to be BIG ones, once every few months. Now they are little ones, and I get 3 or 4 everyday on the drive home from work. Throwing myself into the program full force now. Existing is not living. The workbook my friend gave me with the tapes is used, does anyone know if I can order a fresh workbook without ordering the whole package?

I'm sure you can get a replacement workbook. My Relaxation CD was scratched and would skip so I called them and they sent me another one promptly.
