Hi, Joyce - I just started a couple of weeks ago myself - I'm on session 3. I haven't totally figured out this peer group support stuff, but I will say that the chat room is just a nice place to visit with people that aren't judgmental, are very kind and friendly, and empathic. as for the forums, it looks like it's just a great source of information on various subjects.
The great thing is that you're new to the program, and that you've got the right attitude - you're jumping in with both feet! Great for you!!

Welcome to Our Little Group! There is a row of boxes on most screens on our site (they say Go - New - Find, etc. in the boxes). Click on Tools - then click on Help in the drop down boxes. This window should start showing some answers to your Questions. Joyce, you can also send Private Messages by clicking anyone’s screen name! (it will say - Invite -screen name- to a Private Topic) Watch the end of the row of boxes for PM's others have sent to You!
