Peer to Peer group—First note
Lucinda urges us to visit the “peer-to-peer” group, so to get the most out of it I should participate. This is my first attempt. I am on tape two.
My symptoms were DIZZYNESS and CHEST PAINS.
I became dizzy when I walked. I had to give up tennis four years ago because of it. I was having trouble with any activity. Standing , turning around, walking, and more.
I also have chest pains, caused by tension. Tension caused waiting. Waiting in traffic, at the grocery store or for myself to complete a chore. Waiting for my wife to finish her sentence, waiting for a Bridge player to play their card. . I feel a pinching sensation during a commercial on TV while waiting for it to finish. And there is more.
At my age these are worrisome signs.
All of the above was before I started this program, two weeks ago. Now I am on lesson two, all of these sensations have almost disappeared.
I have listened to the “RELAXATION TAPE “about 25 times.
I don’t know how much to write until I get some feed back.

George,write as much as you feel like you need to. I am also on session two,and I already feel like a new person. I had unexplained dizziness also,and I know that my insurance company spent probably 200,000.00 dollars last year trying to figure out why. I finally diagnosed myself. I was not breathing deep enough, not getting enough oxygen to my brain and so I would get dizzy. This happened more when I was having an anxiety attack,so I know exactly where you are coming from. Isn't it great to see a postive change in such a short time ? Keep relaxing and start living. Gennie
