First let me clarify that this program is the BEST tool builder ever conceived. Lucinda could have kept this to herself and it never would have left Ohio. Thank you so much! I am learning at a good pace and the information is easy to understand. However, Session 2 CD is at such a different pace than Session 1 or the Relax CD that it was difficult to follow. Most times it felt that the two speakers were vying for microphone time. It was difficult to follow, I had several large panic attacks while trying to just listen through the material. Granted, my score for the test was(is) a 74, so I am not completely objective, however, I felt the material would be better served up in a more relaxed atmosphere. The two speakers should pause to let the point drive home, to be able to digest the information. I also feel the six points were not covered as well as they could have been and rushed, taking up only two parts of the CD's 17 sections. Having said this, please remember this program is a career, family, spiritual and personal lifesaver.
I completed Session 1's workbook section a couple of days ago & found it extremely helpful to be able to categorize my symptoms.
I started Session 2 yesterday, as well. I thought it did go at a much faster pace than Session 1, but also felt that I was ready to move a little faster. I do try to re-listen to the CD at least 2-3 times during the week. I listened to Session 1 twice before I worked on the workbook. That way it had kind of sunk in before I tried working through the material. I hope this helps.
I think it is wonderful material as well. I set aside time every day to do my "homework".

Hi...I'm on week 2, day 2 and I've heard a lot about homework. I honestly don't see any "homework" in the guide book, Am I missing something? I do see a lot of reading and suggestions one coping stratigies, etc, but no homework. Thank you.

Hi Mike and welcome to the forums. In your notebook there should be action assignments and thing that you should be working on during your lessons that is the homework and it is really important that you do it with each lesson it makes all the difference in the world. Make sure you do the relaxation tape as well as many times a day as you can it will really help also. Take care and good luck on your journey to health. Mimi
